1. What Declutter Scout is

Declutter Scout is a directory that collects publicly posted declutter listings from Instagram sellers and links to the original posts. Declutter Scout doesn't sell items or handle payments between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any sale.

2. Accuracy

We summarise sellers' posts in good faith, but prices, availability and descriptions can change or be wrong. The seller's own post and statements are authoritative. Always confirm details with the seller before paying.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for inspecting items, paying sellers and arranging delivery. Use our safety tips. We are not liable for losses from transactions with sellers.

4. Sellers

Sellers can ask us to correct or remove listings at any time.

5. Content and trademarks

Listing photos and captions belong to their respective sellers and are shown to help buyers find the original post. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.; we are not affiliated with Meta. Rights holders can contact us for removal.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site at high volume, attempt to break security, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
